Community Outreach
Our St. Vincent de Paul Society is part of an international Catholic lay organization that offers person-to-person service to the needy and suffering in our area.
Nineteen men and women of our parish have joined the group to date and are already providing a variety of financial, emotional and spiritual support for those in need. If you are interested in learning more about the Society or how you might become a member, please call the parish office at 262-275-2480. Check the parish calendar for meetings dates and times. Our usual time is 5:30pm every other Wednesday.
If you would like to make a financial contribution, please drop it off at the office or place it in the regular Sunday offering, specifically marked for the use of the St. Vincent DePaul Society. Thank you!
Our major fundraiser is the annual "Sogni D'oro" Golf Outing at Abbey Springs 4-Star Golf Course. All are welcome! Please consider joining us to be a sponsor, a donor or a golfer. Please contact Jim Feeney at 275-5579. More details to come in the summer.
Our
fundraisers include pancake breakfasts and fish fries. Pancake
breakfasts are held approximately every other month starting in the fall through
spring. Fish fries are held every Friday during Lent (expect Good
Friday).
Proceeds are given to a specific cause or help support holiday
baskets, food pantry, or the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
Specific causes in the past have included Pregnancy Helpline of Walworth
County, VIP, and St. Joseph Orphanage in India. Help
is needed with planning, food preparation, shopping, advertising, and serving. If you would like to help, contact Mary Mansfield, (262)
